1.The metabolic rate is determined by medical grade RMR testing.
2.Includes two training sessions that will further:
- customize your approach,
- teach proper ways to exercise
- determine, and help correct imbalances.
3. Adds a comprehensive group fitness overview to get the most out of your program.
*M.A.P.P.+ is not included with all types of membership, however all cost can be used towards Personal Training if determined that the guidance of a fitness professional is the ideal route.
